Information

Neutering | Why is it important?

Neutering

Spaying or neutering your cat, as well as community cats (i.e., free-roaming cats who live outdoors), prevents unwanted births, which helps reduce overpopulation in animal shelters.

Unwanted Reproduction

Unneutered males can father numerous litters, leading to more stray and unwanted cats. Increased Risk of Injury: Roaming males are more likely to get into fights with other cats, which can result in injuries or transmission of diseases

Less Fighting

Fights tend to break out, especially if there's a female cat in heat nearby. By neutering your cats, you'll reduce their aggressive instincts.
